I have responsibilities to fulfill today. I am important. My job is to choose what kind of day I am going to have.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I can complain because the weather is rainy or I can be thankful that the grass is getting watered for free.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I can feel sad that I don't have more money or I can be glad that my finances encourage me to plan my purchases wisely and guide me away from waste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I can grumble about my health or I can rejoice that I am alive.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I can lament over all that my parents didn't give me when I was growing up or I can feel grateful that they allowed me to be born.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I can cry because roses have thorns or I can celebrate that thorns have roses. Today I can mourn my lack of friends or I can excitedly embark upon a quest to discover new relationships.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I can whine because I have to go to work or I can shout for joy because I have a job to do.&lt;br /&gt;Today I can complain because I have to go to school or eagerly open my mind and fill it with rich new tidbits of knowledge.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I can murmur dejectedly because I have to do housework or I can feel honored because I have a shelter for my mind, body and soul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today stretches ahead of me, waiting to be shaped. Pretty much consistently sticked with my gym regime. Pulled off a few reps of 120kg back squats. And later shifted to full depth back squats, currently at 10 rep sets at 80kg. Deadifts, 120kg, few reps. Bench press, 70kg, few reps.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. So happen came into contact with rock climbing towards the very end of 2007, and became addicted to it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Lost some flabs for good. Ermm... yay~.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. 75kg @ 10% bfp&lt;br /&gt;However, the 2nd resolution was rather overestimation of what is bodybuilding. After the last round of cutting in November. 62kg is what's left on me, with a few percent of bfp higher than 10%. What most people don't know is, you CANNOT train a specific part to burn away fat from a specific part of your body.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You can be doing a million sit-ups for a decade and still have a "sexy" tummy hanging over your belt. So if you do have a goal to loose fat, do workouts that burns calories (swim, run, dance, etc).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And please, f***ing watch your diet. Running 30 minutes on a threadmill burns approximately 300 calories.  A burger plus a can of coke adds up to over 700 calories.
