Iron Myth #2

I've heard all too many times of this said by either a fat dude or a skinny freak... all too many times... "No I don't want to lift weights. Later I become big like the muscle man we see on tv!" You wish you could become muscular and ripped as soon as you started lifting weights.

That equals a tortoise saying "No I don't wanna train to run, later I'll run faster than the cheetah!"
